Hi! I’m Zac. I wasn’t always into health and fitness. Before I became a fitness trainer I was a chubby kid with low self-esteem who absolutely hated sport.

I began training at 15, to build self-confidence and change my body. I was sick of feeling bad about myself so I took the first step. 

My brother motivated me and started me off with my first diet and exercise plan. The rest, as they say, is history.

KETO 
The ketogenic diet, or keto diet, is about dramatically reducing your carbohydrate intake, and replacing it with fat in order to get your metabolism to a state called ketosis. In ketosis, your body converts fat to fuel to burn for energy. Keto-friendly foods include seafood, low-carb vegetables, cheese, avocado, meat and poultry, eggs, coconut oil, plain Greek yoghurt, and cottage cheese. Avoid grains, fruits, high-carb vegetables, legumes, and sugar.
PALEO 
The paleolithic diet, or Paleo, is otherwise known as “The Caveman Diet”. The paleo diet is designed to resemble what human hunter-gatherer ancestors ate thousands of years ago. The basic concept of the paleo diet is to eat whole foods and avoid processed foods. Paleo-friendly foods include meat, fish, eggs, seeds, nuts, fruits, and veggies, along with healthy fats and oils. Avoid processed foods, grains and sugar. Pretty much if a caveman wouldn’t eat it, neither should you.
VEGAN 
A vegan diet - also known as the Plant-Based diet - contains only plants (such as vegetables, grains, nuts, and fruits) and foods made from plants. The vegan diet excludes all foods that come from animals, including dairy products, honey, and eggs. Vegan-friendly foods include fruits and vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, and nut butter, tofu, plant milk, and whole grains.
Try something, if you find it’s not for you, you can switch between them month to month!
