After filling in a quick questionnaire, you will receive a personalised meal plan that is completely customised to your food likes, daily schedule, current physique and of course fitness and health goals. I want to make sure that your daily food plan will be healthy and sustainable in the long run and as enjoyable as possible. It’s for this reason that I am intent on making sure you have the right selection of food to achieve your best and healthiest body. So you’ll be given a seven day meal plan with a variety of different meals so no day
needs to be the same (however it can be if you would prefer) and if you don’t like a meal, I’ll swap it out straight away.
Your meal plan will be adjusted every month with calories and meals altered to continue seeing progression. This way, we can counter the body’s adaptation to the calories and ensure consistent results. There is often no need for weekly changes or smoke and mirrors, just trust the process and let the diet do it’s thing!

I encourage you to progressively overload and improve in the gym, with perfect form, to yield the greatest muscle growth. So I have taken the time to record every exercise with MY personal tips on how to execute it with perfect form.
This way you can immediately check within the app to make sure you know exactly how to perform the movement if you’re ever unsure. You will also be given a new workout routine every month so you can give yourself four weeks to train and improve before switching up the routine to shock the body.

At first, when I signed up to Zac’s 8 week transformation, I weighed 90-91kg roughly, with a decently high bodyfat percentage and a low self esteem. As the 8 weeks progressed, I rapidly lost a huge amount of body fat and put on a lot of muscle.
