Hi! I’m Zac. I wasn’t always into health and fitness. Before I became a fitness trainer I was a chubby kid with low self-esteem who absolutely hated sport.
I began training at 15, to build self-confidence and change my body. I was sick of feeling bad about myself so I took the first step.
My brother motivated me and started me off with my first diet and exercise plan. The rest, as they say, is history.
I instantly fell in love with fitness and the positivity it breeds. Fitness empowers you to become the best version of yourself. It teaches you self discipline, hard work, delayed gratification, and patience.
I’ve been able to share my passion for health and wellness through social media, reaching millions of people worldwide.
I have transformed thousands of bodies, partnered with two leading brands in fitness (EHPLabs and Gymshark), grown my social media audience to over 1 million and travelled the world doing what I love.
My goal is to become the leading fitness influencer in Australia. I aim to change as many lives as possible through an honest, positive approach and genuine connection.
I don’t take myself too seriously. My plans take hard work and dedication but fitness should be fun and light-hearted too.
